Connect Intercom to Allin with MCP
Everything to prepare to connect this tool to Allin.
This guide is public. It contains no company configuration and grants no Allin access. Share secrets through your usual secure channel.
Technical preparation

Choose your workspace region: US for app.intercom.com, EU for app.eu.intercom.com. Australian workspaces are not yet supported.

Save the connection with OAuth, then click Authorize. Check the Allin redirect address on the Intercom MCP consent screen, then authorize access to the correct workspace.

Discover tools and assign their permissions in Allin. Personal mode requires each member to connect their account from My connections.

To use a token, choose Bearer. Grant the required Intercom permissions: read contacts, companies and conversations; write conversations for internal notes; read and write articles for the Help Center.
What to give the Allin administrator
The workspace region and OAuth authorization, or an access token entered only in Allin. No local installation required.

For a 401 error, check the region and account permissions, then reconnect Intercom. Complete one authorization at a time; if consent expires after 15 minutes, start again from Allin.
